All the major deals from NBA Free Agency 2022.

Kevin Durant threw a grenade just before the beginning of free agency on Thursday as it emerged that he had requested a trade away from the Brooklyn Nets. But as we wait to see where he lands next, here are all the major deals that have been completed.

  • Trades

-Utah Jazz trade Rudy Gobert to the Minnesota Timberwolves

  • Jazz receive- Malik Beasley, Patrick Beverley, Walker Kessler (2022 1st round pick), Jarred Vanderbilt, and four 1st round picks, three unprotected
  • Timberwolves receive- Rudy Gobert

-Indiana Pacers trade Malcolm Brogdon to the Boston Celtics

  • Pacers receive- Daniel Theis, Aaron Nesmith, Malik Fitts, Nik Stauskas, Juwan Morgan & a 2023 first rounder.
  • Celtics receive- Malcolm Brogdon

-Atlanta Hawks trade Kevin Huerter to the Sacramento Kings

  • Hawks receive- Justin Holiday, Mo Harkless and a future first rounder.
  • Kings receive- Kevin Huerter

-The Utah Jazz have traded Royce O'Neale to the Brooklyn Nets

  • Jazz receive- First round pick
  • Nets receive- Royce O'Neale

-The New York Knicks have agreed a 4yr/$104m deal with guard Jalen Brunson.

-The Philadelphia 76ers have agreed a 3yr/$33m deal with PJ Tucker, important pickup for Philadelphia as they look to add defense and shooting.

-The Portland Trail Blazers have agreed a 3yr/$28m deal with Gary Payton II, the 29 year old was an important part of the Warriors championship team in 2022.

-The Dallas Mavericks have agreed a 3yr/$20.1m deal with JaVale McGee, no surprise here as Dallas needed to add depth at the center position.

-The Sacramento Kings have agreed a 2yr/$19m deal with Malik Monk.

-The Minnesota Timberwolves have agreed a 2yr/$18m deal with former Grizzlies player Kyle Anderson.

-The New York Knicks have agreed a 2yr/$16m plus deal with Isaiah Hartenstein after he left the Los Angeles Clippers.

-The Los Angeles Clippers have agreed a 2yr/$13.2m deal with John Wall following his buy-out by Houston.

-The Boston Celtics have agreed a 2yr/$13.3m deal with Danilo Gallinari following his buy-out by San Antonio.

-The Denver Nuggets have agreed a 2yr/$13m plus deal with Bruce Brown.

-The Golden State Warriors have agreed a 2yr/$9.3m contract with Donte DiVincenzo

-The Philadelphia 76ers have agreed a 2yr/$8m deal with Danuel House, another great 3 & D addition for Philly.

-The Chicago Bulls have agreed a 2yr/$6.6m deal with former Nets big man Andre Drummond.

-The Milwaukee Bucks have agreed a 1yr/$6.5m deal with Joe Ingles, he may miss most of the regular as he continues to recover from ACL injury.

-The Los Angeles Lakers have agreed a 1yr/$6.5m deal with Lonnie Walker IV, after the Spurs retracted their qualifying offer.

-The Detroit Pistons have agreed a 2yr/$6m deal with Kevin Knox

-The Chicago Bulls agree 1yr/$2.9m deal with Goran Dragic

-The Brooklyn Nets agree 1 yr deal with TJ Warren

-The Los Angeles Lakers agree 1yr deal with Thomas Bryant

-Austin Rivers agrees 1 year deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves

-Nikola Jokic agrees 5yr/$270m super max extension with the Denver Nuggets, the richest contract in NBA history. His player option in 2027/28 will be $60m.

-Bradley Beal agrees 5yr/$251m super max extension with the Washington Wizards, putting to bed any rumors of a trade this off-season to bed.

-Karl Anthony Towns agrees 4yr/$224m max extension with the Minnesota Timberwolves, huge boost for Minnesota after a bounce back year in 2021/22.

-Devin Booker agrees 4yr/$224m max extension with the Phoenix Suns, the contract will come into effect from the 2024/25 season, now has a 6yr/$296m deal.

-Ja Morant agrees 5yr/$231m max rookie extension with the Memphis Grizzlies, following breakout season in 2021/22.

-Zion Williamson agrees 5yr/$231m max rookie extension with the New Orleans Pelicans, despite not having played a single game last season.

-Zach LaVine agrees 5yr/$215.2m max extension with the Chicago Bulls.

-Darius Garland agrees 5yr/$193m max rookie extension with the Cleveland Cavaliers

-DeAndre Ayton agrees 4yr/$133m extension with the Phoenix Suns

-Anfernee Simons agrees 4yr/$100m extension with the Portland Trail Blazers, huge pay day for Simons following impressive 2021/22 season.

-Jusef Nurkic agrees 4yr/$70m extension with the Portland Trail Blazers.

-Lu Dort agrees 5yr/$87.5m extension with the Oklahoma City Thunder, one imagines he will have the chance to earn minutes over the many guards OKC now have.

-Mitchell Robinson agrees 4yr/$60m contract to stay with the New York Knicks.

-Bobby Portis agrees 4yr/$49m contract to stay with the Milwaukee Bucks, after opting-out of his player option.

-Chris Boucher agrees 3yr/$35.25m contract with the Toronto Raptors.

-Cody Martin agrees 4yr/$32m contract to return to the Charlotte Hornets.

-Kevon Looney agrees 3yr/$25m extension with the Golden State Warriors.
